"Decent lounge, but the Wi-Fi was a pain"
The lounge itself was okay, nothing too special but comfortable enough. The Wi-Fi, though, was really unstable and kept dropping. I had to reconnect so many times, which felt like such a waste of energy right before my flight when I just wanted to relax and get a few things done.
"Easy lounge stop with the family"
Stopped by the Plaza Premium Lounge with my wife and kids, and it made the wait a lot easier. It was calmer than some other airport spots we’ve tried, and not too noisy, which was a big help with the kids. The snacks were fine, the staff were friendly, and they were sweet with the little ones. I do wish there was a bit more room for strollers though. Overall, good for a family airport break...

"The lounge itself was fine once…"
The lounge itself was fine once I actually got in, but the check-in process was annoying. The staff seemed confused about my booking, and I ended up standing around for about 20 minutes. What made it more frustrating was that nobody really seemed to take ownership or know who was supposed to sort it out. After paying extra, I expected it to be a lot smoother.

"Refund took a little time, but it was sorted"
I had to cancel my lounge booking and put in a refund request through the site. It wasn’t immediate, and I did have to chase it up once, but the response I got was friendly and polite.
The money showed up a few days later, so it all worked out fine in the end. A friend had actually recommended the service to me, and while I do think quicker updates would make it better, the refund was handled okay overall.

"Decent enough, just not the bargain I expected"
It’s actually decent, which was a nice surprise, but I wouldn’t exactly call it cheap. For the price, I expected a little more, though I guess it does the job well enough.

"Wish I’d checked the dairy-free options first"
I asked about vegan options and felt disappointed. There was barely anything available, and I kind of regretted choosing this place since I was hoping for at least a few dairy-free choices.

"Decent lounge, but the seating needs work"
The lounge was okay overall, nothing terrible, but the seating could definitely be better. A few of the chairs felt worn out and weren’t that comfortable, especially if you’re stuck waiting for a while. I felt like I wasted more energy trying to get settled and stay comfortable than actually relaxing. Not bad, just very average

"Convenient once you find it"
The lounge was in a convenient spot once I figured out where it was. It’s close enough to the gates and wasn’t a long walk, which was nice since I had some time to relax before my flight. The only downside was that the airport signage was a little confusing, so I ended up looking around and asking someone to make sure I was heading the right way. Not a huge problem, but clearer signs would definitely help. Overall, I had a good experience and would probably stop by again if I had time before a flight...

"Lounge pass let me down, when I needed it"
I had a lounge pass that I thought was good to use, but when I got there, the staff said they couldn’t accept it that day. There wasn’t really a clear reason, and I didn’t get any kind of warning ahead of time, which was really frustrating. I had planned around being able to use it, so yeah, annoying. I wouldn’t count on their pass acceptance again.

"Really disappointing drink options"
I paid to use the Plaza Premium Lounge and was really disappointed with the drinks. There wasn’t much choice at all, just some basic soft drinks and a few dull options. The beer selection was really limited, and the wine tasted cheap. For what you pay, I really expected a bit more variety. It felt more like a regular waiting area, just with worse drinks

"Not great if you have reduced mobility"
I booked the lounge thinking it would be easy to get around, but honestly... it wasn't. The ramps weren't great and the help I got was really lacking. Some of the staff seemed confused about what to do, and I ended up feeling like I was being a hassle, which was upsetting. I just expected it to be smoother... I won't be going back...

I booked this after checking the website, but the access rules weren’t very clear. I couldn’t really tell what my card actually covered and what needed to be booked ahead of time, which already felt like more effort than it should be.
When I got to the lounge desk, I was told something different again and basically had to either pay extra or leave. After dealing with travel stuff all morning, I really didn’t have the energy to argue or figure out another set of rules.
The lounge itself was fine once I got in, but the whole process left a sour taste. The website needs to spell things out better, because it felt like I wasted time and patience on information that should’ve been obvious upfront...

"More Chaos Than Comfort"
I walked in hoping for a calm little escape before my flight, but wow, it felt like stepping into a mini storm. The whole place was loud, busy, and kind of messy, with people constantly moving around like the airport had been poured directly into the lounge. The seats were packed close together, so there wasn’t much room to relax or feel comfortable. It definitely didn’t give me that premium lounge feeling, more like a crowded waiting area that happened to have snacks. Maybe I just showed up at the worst possible time, but the atmosphere was absolutely not worth it for me. I left feeling more irritated than rested.

I reached out to customer support because I was having an issue with a lounge booking. They did get back to me and sorted it out eventually, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I was hoping, which was kind of annoying when I needed an answer before my flight. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish they were quicker.

"Waste of Money and Totally Their Fault"
I paid extra for the lounge it was a complete letdown. The food was cold, dry, and most of the trays were basically empty like nobody could be bothered to refill them. Even the coffee tasted burnt. If they’re going to charge people for this, the least they can do is make sure the food is actually edible. Absolutely not worth it.

It took a few tries to get things right, which was a little frustrating. I get that mistakes happen, but I do think it’s only fair for customers to expect something to be handled properly the first time.

I checked the website before heading over and it said they were open, but when I got there the place was closed. It was frustrating, especially because it felt like my time didn’t really matter. I wish they kept their hours updated so people don’t make the trip for nothing

"Fine for a quick stop, but I was expecting more"
The seats were comfortable enough and the Wi-Fi worked alright, so it wasn’t a terrible place to kill a little time. But i got impatient quickly with the limited food options, and the showers definitely could’ve been cleaner. It’s okay if you’re only waiting for a short bit, but I expected a bit better overall.

"Staff were polite, but service felt a bit slow"
The staff seemed nice enough, but I’m not sure they were really keeping up when we needed help. We had to wait a little longer than expected, and it kind of felt like they forgot about us once or twice. Maybe they were just busy, but overall it was okay, not terrible, just average.

"Too crowded, and the constant verification was annoying"
It was way too crowded to actually relax. I could barely find a seat anywhere, and on top of that, I kept having to go through verification again and again, which just made the whole experience more frustrating.
